Martin Iveson, aka ‘Atjazz,’ is a renowned British deep house and soulful music producer and DJ whose career spans over 30 years, beginning in 1995. Rising from his youth in North-eastern England and work in sound design for the ‘Tomb Raider’ games, he founded Mantis Recordings before launching Atjazz Record Company, which has gained international acclaim for its innovative sound and collaborations. Known for his meticulous production, remixes for top artists, and mentorship of emerging talent, Atjazz has become a global figure in the underground dance scene, especially in South Africa, where he's celebrated as ‘Themba – Hope.’ His extensive discography, including celebrated albums and compilations, showcases his dedication to evolving his sound, blending soulful, deep, and experimental styles, and maintaining a rigorous touring schedule worldwide. His influence and constant innovation have cemented his status as a key figure in independent electronic music.
