Bio
Gabriele Congedo is an italian DJ, musician, radio DJ and producer, born in 1979 in South Italy
and currently based in Dresden, Germany. Since his teenage, at the beginning of the 90s, he
approached the Club Culture and the DJ world, with emphasis on House Music. He started to
buy his first House vinyls from David Morales, Junior Vasquez, Masters At Work, Underground
Sound of Lisbon, Francois K, Danny Tenaglia and so on, and still nowadays these records
inspire him in his DJ sets and music productions.
DJing and Music Productions
During his life, Gabriele has continuously cultivated his passion for music and DJing, and he has
lived several different music experiences while moving to different Countries, thus further
widening and expanding his knowledge. He has performed over the years in clubs, bars,
festivals in several Countries like Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain. His repertoire
goes from classic House to Tech House, Afro House, Deep House, Garage and Deep
Tech/Minimal. He is currently resident DJ at Kashay Salon in Dresden and resident DJ at Chill
Lover Radio from New York City, where he runs a monthly show about House Music.
Gabriele is also very active in music production. He started to produce in 2019, but in the
course of few years he was already able to create an established name as producer in the
International Underground Community, releasing on several international Underground labels
(Trax Records, Large Music, Groove Culture Deep, HOUPH, Lisztomania Records, Delve
Deeper Recordings etc.), and reaching noteworthy achievements and collaborations.
Label Management
Gabriele has been also the co-owner and co-manager of the Record Label Group "Kattivo
Records", from 2021 until 2023, and in 2024 he has co-founded a brand new Label, focused on
Deep House Music and called Misty Cuts Records, together with Tuby Rubber, DJ and producer
from Italy. His main tasks are PRs, artists managements, A&R responsible, promotional activity,
financials, event planning and organization.
Projects
Gabriele's most important and ambitious project is to establish, over the years, an International
Network of collaboration among DJs and producer, with the aim of expanding artists' relationship
and working together on ideas for collaborations and events organization in different part of the
World not as individuals, but as an International Network of Underground Electronic Music
talents.
He currently works as Resident DJ, Booker/promoter, Social Media Manager and event
organizer at the Kashay Salon Club in Dresden, Germany. He is also the co-owner of the
DJ/Producer school Apuliart, located in Bari, Italy.
