Hailing from St Petersburg is Evgenii Khmel who established himself in the drum & bass scene as Black Barrel and in recent years has been making waves in the dubstep scene under Leo Cap. He's performed under both aliases across the world, played at the biggest clubs and events including Fabric, Rampage & Outlook Festival, and toured Australia and New Zealand just before the world went into lockdown.
